Ollie | Put your back foot on the tail and your front foot in the middle of the board. Push your back foot down as hard as you can and slide your front foot up and jump simultaneously. Level it out and bend your knees and land on the bolts. |
Pop-Shuvit | Put your feet like an ollie and do an ollie but instead of popping straight down, scrape your tail so the board does a 180 motion but all you do is jump up and land on the bolts after the board has spun a complete 180. |
F/S 180 | Put your feet in the ollie position. While sliding your front foot up, when it gets to the nose, pull the nose behind you and let the board and your body rotate 180 degrees. Land on the bolts and ride away. |
B/S 180 | Put your feet in the ollie position. Ollie point your nose in front of you and let the rest of your body follow and when you finish rotating 180 degrees and solid with your knees bent. |
Heelflip | Put your feet in the ollie position and have your front foots toes hanging off slightly. Pop the ollie as high as you can and just before you level it off kick your front foot forward as hard as you can and land when the board completes it's flip with your knees bent and feet on the bolts. |
Kickflip | Put your feet in the ollie position but with your front foot just behind the front bolts and with your toes in the middle of the board. Pop your ollie and just before leveling it out kick your front foot behind you. Wait for the board to complete it's flip and land on the bolts with your knees bent. |
Kickflip-Shuvit | For this trick put your back foot on the corner of the tail for the most pop and your front foot in the kickflip position. Pop with your back foot as high as you can and kick your front foot like a kickflip at the same time. Once it has spun a full 180 and completed a kickflip, land on the bolts with bend your knees. |
B/S 180 kickflip | Put your feet in the kickflip position. When you pop for your kickflip try poping it at an angle so it is aiming backside land about at 90 degrees or when it is done fliping and complete the rest of the rotation by just pushing your feet in that direction. Land with your feet on the bolts and your knees bent. |
F/S 180 kickflip | Put your feet in the kickflip position with your front foot at a larger angle. Pop like an ollie and when the board is verticle slide your front foot frontside and up. Once the griptape is showing extend both feet and quickly bend your knees and land on the bolts. |
